What Will Happen During The Stop Smoking Session?
The session will last for 1 hour during which time you will be sitting, relaxed in a comfortable chair.
The first half of the session is spent explaining how it all works - such as discussing how the mind (subconscious & conscious) works, how smoking is a habit, what hypnosis is like and so on – this is all part of the therapy.
The second part of the session is the hypnotherapy itself. You will be guided into relaxation, then techniques will be used to utilise your natural ability to imagine and visualise in order to remove the desire to smoke, and transfer that desire for smoking into another habit that is more beneficial to you. You will then be brought gently out of hypnosis.

How Much Does A session Cost?
The cost of the session is £250 payable by cash or cheque including the back-up session if required. This is equivalent to the cost of smoking 20 cigarettes a day for just over 6 weeks.
